Job Description

    HiGreeting from MNRUrgent opening for Cluster ManagerResponsibility
    1. Monitor, track and supervise team leaders for rider sourcing and client deliveries.
    2. Prepare a daily roster of tasks for team leaders and track competition within timelines.
    3. Conduct daily briefings with riders and apprise/motivate them to achieve service standards and metrics.
    4. Track and monitor the daily attendance of team leaders.
    5. Ensure the safety of company assets and recover vehicles when necessary.
    6. Ensure high utilization of rented e-vehicles by taking data-backed decisions.
    7. Proactively make Decisions and Ensure Efficiency and Effectiveness at the same time.
    Education and Experience:
    1. Min qualification: Graduate. Min Work Experience: 1 year. Should not be more than 30 years of age.
    2. Must have min 6 months of hands-on experience in managing blue-collar staff on the ground.
    3. Must have min. 3 months in Bike taxi/Cargo businesses,
    4. Must be familiar with local areas and routes.
    5. Must be able to track, understand and report data on excel and/or google sheets.
