Job Description

    This Position on Third Party Payroll Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe role of a CMD specialist is to be a primary point of contact for the customer for the implement of simple and standard changes across integrated solutions. CMD Specialist will ensure that the changes are executed within the agreed SLA & be responsibleto deliver the highest quality of support to the customer & their end users.Leading the end-to-end change management activities within a structured process frameworkPrioritizating & filtering the changes, basis on the urgency & impact of the changeGathering appropriate information based on the type of changeEngaging the implementation entities for the execution of changeProviding timely & effective updates to all the relevant stakeholdersTimely & Effectively updating the internal & external toolsConduct post-implementation reviews to assess the performance of the change requestEngage with implementation teams to instantly resolve failed/incorrectly implemented changesChange reporting & data integritySuccessfully implement all simple &standard IPT Changes (Cisco & Avaya)Successfully implement all simple & standard contact center changesDesired Candidate ProfileGood understanding of the change process & ITIL best practicesExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalGood understanding on VOIP IPT & Contact center technologies preferredBasic understanding of LAN/WAN, SDWAN &SecurityAble to work effectively at all levels in an organizationMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through othersAbility to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesDegree in telecommunicationsCCNA / CCNA Voice highly preferredITIL certification preferredMinimum of 3-4 years experience in the telecom or IT industry Hands on experience in IPT technologies will have an added advantage Customer facing/handling skillsContact Details:Nita NalawadeOASIS Interested candidates send resume on hidden_email ,
