As a Consultant in Engineering and R&D Digitization, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver in the areas of Digital Twin & Thread enablement including use case definition, data model definition, functional design, dashboarding, analytical models and value realization Key responsibilities include: Develop roadmap for organizational level implementation of digital manufacturing/digital R&D/digital engineering and enable organizational transition to digital twin & thread Develop IoT & real time data analytics based smart tools which can drive decision making and help in problem solving Detail the Digital twin & thread use cases with functional design, define the data model and governance, identify interface and dashboarding requirements Liason with developers to build, test and deliver the DTDT model Develop Digital Twin & Thread assets/tools and solutions that meet our clients needs in innovative ways. Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams Define the business requirements, measures of success, and features for your products and services, and help executives to deliver these to market Design & develop research & development processes in discrete industries with intelligent and collaborative tools to bring product s digital twin to life Additional responsibilities (as needed) Support proposals and build eminence in Engineering and R&D Digitization Capabilities Contribute to growth and development of Accenture s ED offering and support recruitment, training & coaching Support management in RFP, estimation and work breakdown Preferred Experience Understanding and experience in engineering and R&D business process models and relevant digital technologies Understanding of model based systems engineering (MBSE), the model-based approach to design and manufacturing, Digital Twin In-depth working and understanding of Digital Twin & Thread areas and the technologies that enable these Experience in driving digital R&D projects with the use of trending technologies such as: virtual prototyping and testing, digital twin Simulations, generative design, predictive analytics, data driven feature designing, closed loop feedbacks etc. Good understanding of emerging technologies: IOT/AI/ ML/ Edge Computing/AR/VR in product development, engineering and manufacturing process improvements Able to multi-task multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, detail-oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment Key Skills Knowledge of Digital tools such as: IOT ThingWorx, Predix, Azure IOT, AWS, Mind Sphere, Cumulocity. Familiar with at least one IOT platform end to end Capability with one of the key technologies: AI/ML/Edge Computing/AR/VR Experience in implementing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) A highly motivated self-starter with good team skills,
