The AVP Sales will be the sole custodian for revenue generation in the team. 2. Represent Collegedunia brand to promote Collegedunia services to agents, international educators, and prospective students3. Increase international student enrolment at Collegedunia by recruiting international students from diverse regions4. Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard new clients for each state; set monthly targets for the team & be accountable for month on month / quarter on quarter target 5. To build Business International Admissions for India Market- Study in India Project. 6. Promote Collegedunia services to agents, international educators, and prospective students. 7. Undergo presentations in the local marketplace to further promote Collegedunia. 8. Proactively undergo agent outreach. 9. P&L Management - Understanding the financial objectives of the company and taking execution ownership of the complete P&L of the sales team with a view of maximizing revenue and minimizing expenditure. Requirements: 1. Experience in Admissions and Marketing @ Indian Universities/Institutions. 2. Experience in International Markets for Indian Universities/Institutions Admissions. 3. Aggressive in approach & self-starter & self-motivated 4. Business acumen and ability to work in a matrixed environment 5. Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and organization skills 6. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close 7. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions Eligibility: 1.
