As a senior member of the Global Talent BMC leadership team, you ll help position EY as a top employer, with the aim of attracting, engaging and retaining the best talent and creating exceptional experiences for them. You ll also partner with our Global Brand and Go-to-Market teams to build EY s reputation as a Talent powerhouse among clients and other external stakeholders.Your day-to-day role will involve working with Talent and BMC leadership to define a multiyear strategy for building, amplifying and measuring our external employer brand, including our EVP. You ll design the brand experience across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruit to alumnus, supporting and enhancing key points of that experience.As you familiarize yourself with EY s business and talent strategy, you ll partner with other members of the Talent BMC team (internal comms, PR, social media, etc) to work across functions and regions to activate the strategy. Strategy and activation go hand in hand with measurement, and in this role you ll own employer brand data analysis, reporting and recommendations, so that you can manage progress against EY s favored employer ambition metrics. You ll be a strong advocate, able to influence and engage key internal stakeholders by demonstrating the importance of employer brand and its potential for further differentiating EY in the minds of top talent and EY clients.Skills and attributes for success
