        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for the delivery of, Incident, Problem, Change Configuration Management 2 Point of contact for the Clients, Service Delivery Managers and Delivery teams 3 Perform an operational Service Management hands on role including: a Monitor, manage and prioritise all service aligned queues ensuring service levels are maintained and eliminating backlogs bEnsure processes are followed as defined cPoint Of Contact for driving Severity 1 incidents including internal and client communication
        • Technical Experience : 1 ITIL V3 Foundation certification 2 Ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams across all domains 3 Has and experience in handling incidents and change management processes E2E 4 Proficient Knowledge in Excel 5 Data Analysis Logical Reasoning 6 Proficient in written and verbal communication 7 Proficient in MS Power Point
        • Professional Attributes: 1 Understanding of Cloud environment 2 Managed Client transitions 3 Hands on experience in working in a multi-client environment
