The Product Segment Manager will represent the voice of the markets/customers to the GBU Service Product Development team and play the influencer role on the roadmap direction based on market insight. The Product Segment Manager will be held responsible to launch of services products that meet customers needs contributing to the growth of market share and success.If you are our Configuration Services Product Segment Manager, you will have a chance to

  • Manage Asia Markets configuration services portfolio offerings, value proposition, competitive positioning and End to End (E2E) delivery processes/capabilities/operation support.
  • Provide insight of Market dynamics and nuances (segmentation, customers needs, competitive landscape, countries specificity, pricing competitiveness, etc).
  • Close collaboration with GBU Product Management to define the appropriate 4Ps/7Ps Blueprint and value proposition of the offers.
  • Determine and lead an appropriate product/service/solution family introduction process to assure an effective launch for the markets.
  • Enable markets growth plan initiatives and 4Ps blueprint per services segment/offer.
  • Develop solid business case/projection for the New Service Introduction (NSI)/enhancements requirement aligned with the Markets.
  • Drive the E2E NSI/current service enhancements launch for the Markets in conjunction with GBU teams (Product Management, Service Operations and Delivery) with a focus on Early Adopter Program/Pilot execution.
  • Closely monitor the services offer uptake, customer/partner feedback and perform timely changes/enhancements.
Are you a high-performer We are looking for an individual with:
  • Degree in Computer Science/IT is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of M365 Fundamental, Microsoft Modern Management, AutoPilot, Zero Touch deployment, SCCM and other similar software.
  • ITIL and PMP certification.
  • Strong knowledge in product/solution family and the business needs of the target customers.
  • Relevant working experience in the product marketing/product management/business development fundamentals.
  • Strong Business and Technical acumen.
