About the roleTo enrich our product team, we are looking for a passionate Consumer Product Manager to bring our platform to the next level - building products that users love.The role will give you exposure to think and handle the end-to-end consumer journey (Starting from user onboarding, then product discovery and finally making the purchase).You will have to work with a team of engineers, content specialists and designers. You will be responsible for planning the roadmap for the consumer experience, executing and measuring all the initiatives aiming to give a top-notch web & mobile product experience for the users of The Luxury Closet.Responsibilities:
  • Gather customer research insight, competitive environment analysis, industry trends and current product data to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value
  • Define for each consumer product (Desktop, Mobile Web and App) a clear roadmap, to increase conversion rate and build a product that fully meet our consumers needs
  • Define the user journey and articulate detailed user stories
  • Define features and requirements to execute Product Roadmap, working with designers, developers and content specialists to make it happen
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
  • Work on various data analytics tools like - GA, Firebase, Adjust, Clevertap/MoEngage and Excel.
  • Assess market competition by comparing the companys product to competitors products.
  • Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Achieve and measure customer and market success (via AB tests or other solid approaches), aiming to improve Conversion Rate and Product Engagement metrics
, Requirements
  • We are looking for a pro who is great at building and managing processes, and can create magic with the power of content
  • 5+ years of B2C Product Management expertise, including delivery of entire products start to finish
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Machine learning and understanding of algorithms are a plus
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex desktop / mobile applications
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces ability to create examples through basic wireframes for the designer team
  • Objectives oriented and self-started. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Knowledge of GA, Firebase, Adjust, Clevertap/ MoEngage, MySQL and good at using Excel
  • Advanced English speaking skills
(VERY) Valuable expertise
  • International experience, especially on MENA region will be prefered
  • Solid experience with eCommerce public platforms, especially on Fashion industry
  • Solid experience with Mobile Web / Apps
