Qualification - Graduate or postgraduate degree in English, media and communication, advertising or similar fields.Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Creative Head and execute tasks in collaboration with the Marketing team- Develop creative copy for marketing materials including but not limited to ad copies, search ad copies, website headers, social media ads, product page descriptions, website content, email newsletters, SMS/app push notifications, blogs, other offline marketing collateral such as brochures, leaflets, signage, etc.- Demonstrate strong editing, grammar and proofreading skills.- Demonstrate an understanding of different tones of voice and messaging.- Demonstrate strong research and critical thinking skills.- Help evolve copywriting practices, define processes and convert briefs to clear copy.- Execute tasks keeping work quality in mind while adhering to set timelines.- Learn and grow based on shared resources and feedback.- Take a proactive role and contribute to the team in terms of ideation and suggestions.- Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and present work in a clear and compelling manner.Requirement: - Graduate or postgraduate degree in English, media and communication, advertising or similar fields.- Storytelling skills & the ability to convert briefs into clear copy- Strong organizational and communication skills.- A dynamic portfolio of writing work with SEO/social media content experience is a plus.company::a technology-led chai cafe series B funded B2B company that owns and operates a chain of retail shops that sells flavored tea, coffee, and meals.,
