Job Description

    we have requirement country headin tiles industrysalaey 1lac to 2 lac per monthsRole & Responsibilities: Develop successful and sustainable short and long term strategies to achieve sales volumes, market share and profitability Work closely with Production to develop suitable products, based on the gaps identified. Implement effective pricing strategies and trade margins. Ensure placement of new products across Top end showrooms and chain stores across the country. Initiate all trade activities that are aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition. Develop and implement commercial policies for the new set up based on the industry trend. Develop and implement trade promotional schemes. Develop short and long term business development strategies while implementing the vision to become the most preferred Sanitaryware brand in the country. Ensure implementation of strategies to build awareness about the new brand of bathroom products to Architects, Interiors, Builders etc. and also the institutional segments. Involve in the recruitment, training and mentoring a strong result oriented sales team. Design and implement guidelines for the sales teams for the conduct of forecasts, credit control, time frame for resolution of disputes etc Gauge the productivity of the sales team and initiate corrective action to arrest any deviation. Devise and implement performance measuring methods and procedures. Develop Distributors and dealers across the country. Develop POP materials. Negotiate with publication houses for the cost on advertisement releases. Organize for participation in various exhibitions across the country to promote new brandsResponsible for profitability & growth in business with OEMs & Trade partners in line with AOP (Annual Operating Plan) Developing and Driving the Business Strategies & Marketing plans for maximizing profitability & revenue generation Design and manage pricing policies and trade margins to keep the trade network motivated. Designing & implementation of sales and marketing policies. Exploring markets and Developing key entry strategies for market expansion. Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve better market share. Recruit sales & marketing team and Initiate product and sales trainings for the sales team. Identification of channel partners. Identify & appoint fabrication partners Design & Implement participation in exhibition, road shows, product demonstrations at site etc. Implement regular and standardized analysis & reporting of business-performance. Implement relevant sales force management & reporting tools Control of receivables. Adhere to payment norms & Audit requirements. Launch of the product from the stage of designing of all Promotional tools. Identification of external agencies for the different collateral development activities. Development of different product promotional concepts based on the USPs of the products for the advertisement campaigns, social media. Develop Budget for marketing activities and roll out both ATL & BTL activities. Negotiate with publication houses for the cost on advertisement releases.
