Roles and Responsibilities - Handling Customer Queries from US Customers related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges etc . Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations. Meeting monthly performance metrics Up selling - seats/ extra baggage space, hotel/ car services/ travel insurance etc Desired Candidate Profile -

1 year + experience in international Travel Process.
Excellent communication skills
Experience of handling customer queries.
GDS experience is must
