Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer support techniques.We are looking for : Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative, preferably 2+ years international experience. Strong proficiency in multiple languages and cultural awareness. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to remain calm and patient while handling challenging situations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various software and support tools. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work in different time zones to accommodate international customers.
