Job Description

    Desktop Support Engineer.Location:- GurgaonShift:- Rotational night shifts (Both side cab provided)Salary:- 21100/- CTCCandidate residing nearby Gurgaon is highly preferrable. JD For Desktop EngineerGraduate (or equivalent degree) 1 years IT experience to include: Experience working with PCs, Microsoft Windows OS, TCP/IP and Ethernet networking for networking clients. Basic knowledge of popular PC/Windows desktop applications including MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, Adobe Products, Internet Explorer. Must be up to date and familiar with all the latest PC and Windows OS and application updates. PC imaging and deployment. Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime. Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment. Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with Desktop computing equipment and software. Experience with software in a multi-platform environment. Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated file servers, email servers, computer Conferencing systems, application servers. Maintain and troubleshoot telephone system related issues. Ensuring security and antivirus upgrades are applied to desktops and laptops and kept up to date Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops and maintain daily antivirus reports. Maintain computer peripheral devices like local and network printers and resolve associated problems. New Internet, PRI and analog lines & installation. Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, Printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance. Work easily with others and convey pertinent information as needed Must be able to learn new technology/applications quickly The candidate should be willing to work in shifts and be flexible to work timing depending on business needs including night shiftsReach out to Fatima via whatsapp on hidden_mobile!
