Job Description

    *Job Title: DGM - Business Development Healthcare Segment (Buildings), Gr India Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, IndiaJob Function:
    • Grow Healthcare segment business from OneSE perspective in Gr India region along with regional Sales teams and increase SE s market share in the market segment
    • Drive strategic initiatives of HC Segment in region aligned with SE global value proposition and own the outcome - Smart HC, Resiliency, Digitization and Sustainability, etc.
    Major Responsibilities:
    • Healthcare segment Business Development in Gr India regions (~60% of time):
      • Develop a growth plan and own segment growth targets for Healthcare segment in Gr India region; and jointly develop and drive healthy business pipeline funnel for healthcare segment thru various activities
      • Acquire detailed understanding of Healthcare segment business models and how Schneider s products, software & services deliver added value to the customers; strongly position SE as most preferred partner for energy management & automation across their Healthcare projects.
      • Use consultative sales strategies to drive initiatives with customers in assigned regions, including digital solutions & Software
      • Work closely with various sales engines across the region to jointly develop and execute plan to cover entire ecosystem of Healthcare VCP including consultants, EPCs, Electrical contractors, panel builders, system integrators, and End Users
      • Ensure buy-in from internal stakeholders (Prescription team, BU marketing teams, National sales teams) to execute growth strategy of HC segment, ensure early engagement and participation in opportunities, including prescription, bid to bid support, sales stages etc
      • Plan and lead marketing activities in the region along with the segment leadership and marketing leadership
    , *Qualifications :
    • Bachelor of Engg with MBA in Marketing is preferred
    • Min 10-12 years of relevant experience, preferably exposure to Building projects (preferably Healthcare projects), working with various VCPs like developers, PMCs, operators, consultants
    • Must possess excellent communication skills, strong presentation skills especially with large audience groups
    • Relevant experience in handling customer with multiple projects spread across country, handling large number of customer stakeholders simultaneously
    • Experience of working with matrix organization with strong Influential leadership skills, strong attitude of collaboration and team work
    • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills, analytical & troubleshooting skills.
