Job Description

    Job DescriptionTo be successful as a DGM of Mechanical, you should have prior organizational leadershipexperience, be able to collaborate with team members, and be a strategic problem-solver.Ultimately, a top-notch DGM should demonstrate excellent communication skills, an ability toconnect with other engineers and plant technicians, and have a solid foundation in all aspects ofmechanical engineeringResponsibilitiesOversee the entire mechanical engineering operations and maintenance, repairs, and overhaul(MRO) works from Limestone Crusher to Packing PlantPlan, organize and schedule mechanical maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of industrialequipment, machinery, and overall plantOperate computerized maintenance system through SAP ERP and ensure mechanical information isrecorded properly for future referenceFoster a safe and healthy occupational environment where safety precautions are followed at alltimesMake sure all machinery is set up and installed correctly while paying attention to occupationalsafety of everyone involvedLiaise between engineers and other technicians at unit and ensure the total team gives their bestefforts by providing purpose, direction, and motivationIdentify the right contractors for executing mechanicals works within time and within budgetProactively identify, analyse, and monitor recurring mechanical issues so that they can be resolvedon timePrepare and present progress updates to management executives and other relevant stakeholderson a regular basisRecommend technological developments and improvements in efficiency.RequirementsBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Masters is preferred20-25 years of experience in the Cement Manufacturing industryFrontline experience in a large, state-of-the-art cement plant is preferredExperience in preventive maintenanceExperience in installation && operation of Vertical Mills and Roller Press (polycom) with a deepknowledge of process systemsKnowledge of audit and inventory controls, and how they can add value to and improve anorganization's operationsWorking knowledge of SAP ERP is preferredKnowledge of safety best practices, tools, techniques, programsStrong people-management and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate and direct people from varied backgrounds towards achievement ofdepartmental and organizational goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsInterested Candidate send their updated Resume (hidden_email)- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -(Human Resource Management Department){FRONTLINE TECH JOB CONSULTANTS}Delhi 110025- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
