Job Description

    JD of `Digital Marketing ManagerDigital Marketing ExecutiveCompany : Comfort CastorsWebsite : www.comfortcastors.comA young dynamic individual required with the following skill sets and capable of performing the enlisted job functions.
    • Overseeing digital marketing campaigns and ensuring all timelines are met with scheduled initiatives.
    • Taking care of the digital marketing initiatives of the company
    • Digital Initiatives may include
    Planning the monthly campaigns by the organisation under the leadership of a marketing head / CMOCreating, sending and analysing promotional emails / whatsapp campaigns every month to companys prospects, leads and customersCreating the social media plan , content & strategy and work with the design team to finalize the monthly content.Coordinate with graphics team to refine brochures, product catalogs and any other marketing content. Website monitoring and looking at data analytics.Proofreading creative copy done by the Graphics team.
    • Vendor / Partner Management
    Dealing with all vendors / partners who are key delivery partners for various marketing initiatives.
    • Offline Initiatives may include
      • Help with organising focussed events
      • Participating in exhibitions / roadshows and promotional events on behalf of the company
      • Continuously looking for various other initiatives where the company can be a part of and help organise the same.
    • Customer Database and Lead Management
      • Conducting research and finding data of prospective leads on the methods suggested by the company personnel
      • Work on the customer relationship management (CRM) system proposed by the company to main database
    • Basic Skills required
    Fluent in written and spoken English.Can compose emails which are gripping to the reader, free from any grammatical or punctuation mistakes, communicating the purpose of mail well in a short and crisp manner. Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE (Word/Presentation/Outlook/Excel).
