Will drive acquisition of customers through paid marketing, web and app. Responsible for running various marketing campaigns and driving traffic and revenue through the paid channel.Responsible for growth and optimization of different branding/ transactional campaigns on Facebook and other social channels, ensuring placements to the right audience on the right platform at right time with relevant content.Responsible for planning of monthly and annual budgets and allocation of budgets in different marketing channels and campaigns.Responsible for optimizations of different campaigns on ROI, Conversion, CPA, and CPTs across platforms and channels.Analysing and publishing timely reports on performance marketing spends, traffic, CTR, Conversion rates and ROISkillset & Experience Hands on experience in creating and managing multiple campaigns on GDN, Adwords, FB and alike platforms.Experience of working in a campaign operation, demand generation or marketing operations role with proven growth.Experience in handling high budget campaigns while maintaining solid growth rate on key metrics.Experience in working with vendors and has good vendor management skills.Basic web development and digital design skills.Excellent reporting skills with a solid understanding of reporting tools.Behavioural Skillsets Discipline in execution to achieve desired results.Continually curious about customer behaviours.Abilities and aptitude in sales, business development, customer interaction and relationship.Creative thinking with effective stakeholder management skills.,
