Job Description

    Digital Transformation Analyst I (Senior Analyst - Digital Transformation) Gurgaon/Mumbai Are you curious, motivated, and forward-thinking At FIS you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. Receives little instruction on day-on-day work and detailed instructions on new assignments. Must Have: Excellent Communication skills (Written & Verbal) Brief of Role Description & the Scope of work
    • The production and distribution of the required service management reports at the required frequency for each respective client covered under the agreement
    • Service management reporting may include a combination of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports
    • Appropriate and timely engagement with the respective Client Service Manager regarding any aspect of service management reporting

    • Analyze raw data using MS Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot & Power BI.
    • Analyze and summarize data into graphs, charts, plots, and reports for management use in support of call centre operational and business objectives.
    • Complete various analysis, documentation/presentation tasks with Office 365 applications Suite
    • Work with cross functional team to understand the data extracted from different applications
    • Complete ETL with the help of the BI Tools
    • Analyse and summarize data into graphs, charts, plots, and reports for management use in support of call centre operational and business objectives.
    • Provide recommendations for improvement and written documentation that relates to analysis of data.
    • Research data anomalies and issues.
    • Create tables, figures, listings, or other references for use in reports and presentations of analysis.
    What you bring:
    • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
    • Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.
    • Bachelor s degree in any stream
