So, if these are the ideals that excite you, there is definitely a place for you at SirionLabs!Job Role: Director - Product Managment Years of Experience required: 11+ years Work Location: GurgaonWe are looking for a Director - Product Management who will continue to enable the innovation and massively scale up over the next few years. As Director - Product Managment at SirionLabs, you will inspire, lead, develop, and direct a high-performing product team. With a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment, this role needs to be a role model that embraces the changes with uncertainty and leads to execute with business outcomes.Responsibilities

  • Use best practices and capabilities to deliver a delightful user experience and ease of use to customers and partners.
  • Research industry landscape and competitor developments
  • Develop and own workstream product roadmap, overall strategy and direction
  • Define pricing and contribute to GTM strategy. Support GTM activities by delivering relevant artefacts with high quality
  • Interface and proactively manage requirements from stakeholders inside and outside of Sirion to help build short-term and long-term product roadmap that delivers a winning product portfolio across customer segments, verticals and business functions.
  • Build relationships and work closely with other product managers and engineering teams to provide and prioritize external requirements.
  • Help define new market opportunities, establish target audience, develop product collaterals and competitive differentiation assets.
  • Support and participate in external events like trade shows, customer meetings, pre-sale demos, business events, and engagement with leading industry analysts.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to build release themes, product strategy, and go-to-market plans.
  • Engage with and support the Senior Management team leaders as required.
  • Specify, design and implement solutions to customer problems or develop new opportunities to grow the business.
, Requirements
  • 11+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Enterprise B2B experience.
  • Recent experience with Enterprise Software delivered as SaaS/Cloud is preferred.
  • Top notch written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and defend business cases.
  • MBA from Tier1 institute is preferred.
  • Interacting with engineers to get the product built right and to scale is the key to this role. Hence, a Technical background is a MUST, preferably in Computer Science.
