Job Description

    Profile:-Sr. Electronics HW Design EngineerExperience:- Min 4 -11 YearsCTC:- 25% Hike on ctc (budget upto 8.5 lpa)Location:- Sec-34, GurgaonWorking Days & Time:-6 Days (9:30am- 6:30pm)Responsibilities of a HW designer
    • Understand product requirements
    • Create HW architecture for the design.
    • Design various building blocks for the circuits and subsystems involved
    • Select components to be used in the design based on quality, obsolescence, alternatives and cost
    • Create schematic for the sub-systems in the design and the complete HW
    • Decide and design the inter component Bus for sub-system interfacing
    • Design and develop optimal designs for space, cost and reliability metrics
    • Design and develop Printed Circuit Boards
    • Review and manage activities of other design engineers in the team
    • Prepare documents for PCB assembly, schematics and fabrications using CAD software
    • Design layouts to develop high-speed and reliable circuits
    • Analyse and resolve any design-related issue
    • Provide support to PCB engineering and manufacturing teams
    • Provide revisions based on the specifications of customers and products
    • Review and recommend improvements to existing designs
    • Assist teams in preparing test procedures to verify PCB functions.
    • Lead Continuous improvement and innovation cycles in the products
    Skills required:
    • Strong knowledge of Electronics design
    • Strong knowledge of PCB design
    • Work Experience with software such as KiCAD, Altium etc
    • Clear understanding of PCB layer stack up
    • Knowledge of PCB design rules
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Customer interaction
    • Production realization management.
