Job Description

    * Customer Project Technical Senior Engineer EMCS About the position Here is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Power Senior technical Engineering position focusing on Oil & Gas, Electro Intensive, Energies, Power & Grid, Micro-Grid, and Transport segments to join our team in Gurgaon, India. We are a Regional Ex cution Platform and working closely with major business giants of the segments mentioned above. You will have an opportunity to interact with several internal and external business leaders, including segment-leading customers. Your Mission:
    • Leading the Project Engineering team with the technical solutions, innovation, and plans of execution.
    • Leading EMCS Automation Engineers, in charge of high complexity projects automation activities
    • Lead innovation and encourage the team to take risks, innovate and achieve technical excellence
    • Participate in the evolution of the range of product development, new options in solution proposals, and close interactions with Line of Business / R&D, etc.
    • Support Project Manager and Tendering team on technical aspects during ex cution and bidding stages respectively.
    • Support internal & external Customers and Sales representatives on technical aspects.
    Key responsibilities of the role:
    • Grow as an individual and as a team with new technologies, solutions, activities, and competency.
    • Analyze and list the risks and opportunities of project specifications under the bidding / tendering stage.
    • Ensure compliance with project objectives, timeline, schedule, etc.
    • Plan the team activities according to the load, and solution complexity, and identify required competencies.
    • Work closely with line manager and other project stakeholders to ensure a smooth and engaging work environment.
    • Ensure technical quality and service level with respect to engineering documents (Network architecture, Technical descriptions, BOM, etc.).
    • Act as coordinator in complex projects, assuring project targets (deliverables, quality, efficiency, etc.).
    • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental procedures and take an active part in their evolution to meet the needs of the service.
    • Ensure continuous improvement by defining productivity targets and respective actions.
    • Lead the sub-contractors (wherever applicable) with appropriate competence, assessment, and relationship.
    • Participate actively in the continuous improvement related to engineering competency and capacity of self and team to meet project ex cution requisites.
    • Support the line of business in the development and deployment of new products and innovations.
    , *Qualifications and Skills -
    • A Bachelor / Master s degree or equivalent in Electrical/ Electronics, Computer Science, or Instrumentation Engineering.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 -8 Years of experience in the energy automation project ex cution, project team leading, and internal-external customer handling experience.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of the business.
    • Versatile customer experience will be a plus.
