Our client is a leading Startup in the Agritech space. Reporting : Founders Team : 30-40 Engineers - Work closely with developers to build products for web and mobile with a developers first mindset- Define the product roadmap and lead the engineering aspect- Help in scaling with existing products.- Help define the features to align with the companys vision- Work closely with the founders for the strategic planning and product roadmap- Ability to attract, hire and retain high performing teams- Setting up processes for team managementIf you have :-- 10 years of experience in software development; with 3+ in leading engineering teams preferably in a high-growth startup environment- Experience as a full-stack Engineer with proficiency in one of the following: React, Redux, Node, MongoDB Python, Java, or Javascript- Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices. Leads by code. - Should be well versed with mobile application architecture.- Exposure to Android + iOS + web app backend and frontend (NodeJS, Reactjs, ReactNative, and MongoDB). Be able to jump in and code whenever needed,
