Job Description

    Position: Engineering Manager - Sr. ManagerReporting to- Director of EngineeringExperience: 6-9 Years Job location: Gurugram (Work from office)Budget: Upto 35-50 LPA Note - - Candidates from product based startups (Well known) only.- We are looking for early joiners only- We cant proceed with experience above 9 Years. (Screen reject!)- The role is a work from office role.- The candidate must be with experience in backend About company: It empowers shop owners to accept payments from any payment app for FREE. It makes payment acceptance simple by offering merchants a single QR to accept all payment apps. Currently serving over 50 lakh merchants across 35 cities, the company has grown business 30x in 2019 and is a leader in UPI offline transactions, having processed 5 crore+ UPI transactions a month The Role You will have the opportunity to play a key role in building new software products and features from the ground up. Your work will allow you to utilize a melting pot of technologies, programming languages, and systems and require you to keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of software development, with the freedom and encouragement to explore your own ideas and the reward of seeing your contributions help build Skills and responsibilities - - Participate in technical specification design, technical roadmap, and implementation.- Perform and assist engineers through code reviews, acceptance testing, bug fixing, and general support.- Help shape the direction of systems design by defining high-level architecture, principles, and standards.- Manage engineers on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.- 6-8 years post-qualification experience in the startup ecosystem, experience in the Fintech space will be an advantage.- Participate in and conduct tech architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews- Provide technical leadership, drive technology architecture and inculcate best practices- Languages + Frameworks: Java (Spring Boot), Angular, MongoDB- Comfortable bridging the strategic objectives of the organization with internal engineering practices- You should be responsible, transparent, reliable & accountable with good stakeholder management skills. Qualifications - Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field- The years of experience, pedigree, last role is all good to know. But, what we truly value is your knowledge, ideation, agility, team-spirit, can-do attitude and farsightedness.,
