Ownership of Sourcing of Candidates via different platforms.2. Grow the Business with a defined target KPIs - Sales and Account Management3. Manage and Grow B2B Partnerships and lead a team of recruiters.4. CRM and ATS Integration Management for internal and external stakeholders.5. Explore New avenue channels for partnerships and built the same with founders.6. Day-to-Day Operation Management along with the team.7.
