The opportunity beacons one who has -- Expertise in Data Analysis, Statistics & Machine Learning Concepts- Deep Expertise of workings of a Retail Bank- Exceptional Problem-Solving skills and an Analytical Mindset- Exceptional Communication skills and Entrepreneurial Spirit- Managerial & Leadership Skills- Passion for solving Business Problems- Ability to support Sales by developing technical presentations that highlight important data features by leveraging ML, AI, Big Data and Cloud tools- Ability to conceptualize Financial Services data analytics use cases to implement transformative data strategies, process improvements, and analytical frameworks to solve complex issues in customer engagement, personalization, risk management, investment selection, credit assessment, trade management, etc- Ability to engage with senior business leaders and comfortable translating technical solutions into industry-specific terms, and effectively communicating ROI Desired Skills We are looking for exceptional individuals, who has demonstrated Consulting skills as well as Advanced Analytics skills in his or her professional life.- Atleast 8+ years of experience in the field of Data Analytics with extensive consulting exposure- Atleast 6+ years of experience in Banking Domain as a Technical or Functional consultant- Expertise in statistical programming languages, such as Python, or equivalent, and knowledge of other analytics tools- Expertise on query languages such as SQL and Cloud & at least one Big Data Platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Hadoop, etc- Expertise in advanced analytics & machine learning methodologies such as Regression (Linear, Logistic, etc.),Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID, Bayesian models, Time Series analysis, etc- Expertise in Deep Learning for NLP & Computer Vision- Exposure to visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI is an add on- Good understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts and terminologies- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills- Demonstrated experience in supporting Sales/Pre-Sales through technical presentations- Team Building & Handling How would your typical day look like There is no such thing as a typical day at Evalueserve.
