Job Description

    Providing end to end secretarial assistance to Managing Director and helps him in his daily schedule & chores. Maintaining calendar Responsible for maintaining confidentiality. Managing MDs mail box. Preparing MOM and agendas. Drafting & sending letters, e-mails etc. to inter departments, govt. personnels, authorities & customers. Liasioning with govt. departments for licenses and registrations required for Hotel/ Guest Houses Industries (B&B,MCG Boarding, DTP License, Sarai, Fire NOC, FSSAI etc. and Real Estate (HRERA), Company license (Udyam Registration, Patents & Trade Mark) & individual property registrations (OC, CC) and fulfilling all required documentation and formalities. Making travel arrangements (domestic and international both including visa processing). Doing required arrangements for foreign delegation visiting us. Preparing and maintaining documents and other credentials through document control system. Making presentation whenever required. Handling and monitoring all depts. of the company on behalf of MD for smooth functioning.
