Job Description

Designation : Executive - Guest RelationsSummary:The incumbent is responsible for all the front desk activities such as answering phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing stationery items, housekeeping staff, coordination with field boys, managing pantry boys, maintain total hygiene & cleanliness at the reception area.Job Description: What does this role hold for you

  • Greet and welcome guests on their Arrival.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, visitor register entries).
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Coordination with field boys.
