Job Description

    Looking for a National Facility Manager to manage the Pan India Facility services for a reputed Retail Brand based out in Gurgaon. This role would require technical and non technical job responsibilites.Details for the same as below-:Technical Role-:Would beresponsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building systems at all office and retail locations in PAN India. This will include the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in either stand-alone facilities (stand-alone stores or malls) or locations within larger buildings (a store within a mall, for example). It could also mean covering multiple locations, say a chain of stores across the country, and taking charge of the building maintenance, engagement of contractors, management of other facilities staff, and many other facets. However, common duties will likely include training any subordinate facilities staff, accepting work orders from company employees, interacting, and perhaps even negotiating with repair contractors and other outside vendors, and potentially repair work or systems maintenance.Non Technical Role-:Overseeing and agreeing on contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
    • Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
    • Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
    • Looking after the warehouse and storage facilities & operations
    • Creating plans for replacements and repairs
    • Developing and managing vendor contracts
    • Plan best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising of current premises
    Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience
    • Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
    • Understanding of various equipments usage and maintenance present in a building or in a retail store
    • Should be able to manage and supervise team of regional facility managers
    • Well-versed in facilities management best practices
    • Good analytical/critical thinking
    • Should be able to take responsibility
    • 6+ years in facilities management.
    • Project management skills and good organizational skills.
    • Multitasking ability
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Good time management.
    • Age not more than 36 years
