    3. Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring.
    4. Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge.
    5. Good communication skills.
    6. Should be able to communicate in Local language.
    7. Salary range: 15-25k.
    8. Incentive + Bonus.
    9. Mode: Work from Office and field.
    10. Headhunting for getting the correct candidate.
