Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers.Fixation of virus and malware intrusion etc.Diagnosis & resolution of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.Profile: Tech.
