Purpose of position (Overall contribution to corporate goals):End to end supply chain management for projects which includes forecasting, demand and supply planning, warehousing, and last mile delivery to customer in optimum cost. Sustainable planning & execution in a multi echelon supply structure to manage the flow of materials from Europe and Asia till delivery to customers in India optimization of working capital and service levelsCore Accountabilities :Project Preparation :- Define and align supply concept per project- Contribution to large order directive process (provide logistics input)- Gather specific logistics requirements via logistics project business checklist (e.g.labelling, packaging, # deliveries, unloading, timing, etc.)- Check internal capacities and pro-actively proposes alternatives for potential bottleneck material- Member of capture team for big projectsProject execution :- Contact for sales team or customer from operations (e.g. Delivery, planning, jobsite logistics, .) and internal interface for Warehousing, Transportation, Prefab, Specials- Project coordination between Onsite Project Manager/Sales and Logistics functions- Provide forecast to suppliers to ensure availability and agrees alternative for BOM- Ensure correct order entry, manage changes, CCNs, escalation- Single point of contact for sales, engineering, and customerWhat are the essential knowledge, experiences & skills you need to do this role - Supply chain and logistics knowledge and experience- MBA 2016/2017 passout- Outstanding communication and coordination skills- Competent and proactive approach to internal and external customers- Entrepreneurial approach - MS Office skills,
