Job Description

    Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Head of Administration to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions across our corporate office and factory locations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. The Corporate Head of Administration will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost management, and stakeholder satisfaction.1. Develop and implement strategic plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize administrative processes across all locations.2. Manage the budget for administration functions and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or service.3. Oversee vendor management activities, including negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards.4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.5. Provide leadership and guidance to the administration team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, including health and safety standards.7. Coordinate with other departments to support their administrative needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.8. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and service providers.9. Handle administrative functions such as travel desk, transport management, cafeteria services, facility management, housekeeping, utilities management, hotel tie-ups, and guest house management.10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.11. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.Preferred candidate profile
    • Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience 10 to 15 years in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement SOPs, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.
    • Sound understanding of budgeting, cost management, and vendor negotiation principles.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
