Job Description

    *Member of India Global Marketing Leadership Team, Home & Distribution Marketing and Communications Leader will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of marketing communication initiatives for growing H&D Business in India
    • This role requires a dynamic, proactive marketer and communicator who is adept at moving from strategy to ground execution, commands a strong understanding of consumer and retail marketing, works well under pressure, and excels at building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
    • Serve as trusted marketing advisor to India Chief Marketing Officer, H&D business leader and key stakeholders
    • Co-Lead Development of Annual Marketing and Sales Plan (AMSP) for H&D Business
    • Lead and manage all marketing communication strategies and execution for the H&D LOB - Developing and maintaining content across multiple channels. Coordination between multiple internal teams, agencies, and vendors
    • Conceptualize and execute channel programs for multiple channels, along with the channel team (have good knowledge of how a retail / trade channel functions)
    • A&P Budget Management for H&D Marcom
    • Be responsible for driving overall results from the marketing activities - drive KPIs and deliver tangible Return on Investment (ROI)
    • Collaborate with Offer/Product Marketing Upstream and Downstream Teams to launch new offers through impactful integrated marketing campaigns
    • Create and drive the hero and boost offer launches and amplification in India
    , * Skills And Attributes for Success
    • Extensive B2C consumer and retail marketing experience Min 10+ years progressive experience in Consumer Durables, Consumer Electronics, Fast Moving Electrical Goods, Building Materials, or any large consumer facing industry. Mix of Marketing and Commercial Experience would be plus
    • Proven track record of developing marketing and communications strategies, including annual marketing planning, calendar development & execution, building multiple marketing campaign deliverables, monitoring effectiveness, and making iterative optimizations as needed
    • Experience of handling marketing programs covering : Homeowners, Traditional & Branded Retail, Electricians, Architects & Interior Decorators, Builders, Contractors etc.
    • Strong experience in handling agencies : Marcom, Events, Digital, Advertising etc.
    • Strong experience in retail branding and digital marketing
    • Good working knowledge of PR techniques and ability to liaison with Country Communications Team to disseminate the right stories across Tier 1 Media channels
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
    • Should be able to work with Top Management Team and communicate at all levels of the organization with strong presentation and inter-personal skills
    • Adept at crafting and curating value propositions for products and solutions
    • Proven track record of delivering high impact ROI driven marketing initiatives
    • Proven capability to support the business ambition with high-quality, relevant, audience-centric integrated marketing campaigns
    • Excellent project management, problem-solving and delegation abilities, ability to manage complex global processes and programs
    • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage to deadlines and work under tight deadlines
    • Experience in handling events (online and offline) and coming up with an event marketing strategy. This may include planning/hosting our events or participating in trade / global / small scale events.
    • High level of flexibility and the ability to independently managing multiple tasks
    • A self-motivated team-player with an open can-do attitude with high levels of energy
    • Good communication and networking skills, able to form strong partnerships
    • Good Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools - Adobe Marketo, Tableau etc.
    Strong Competency in Microsoft applications including Powerpoint, Excel etc.
