Job Description

Looking for a candidate from CRM managing Front end and backend CRM role reporting into VP - CRM.Job Location - GurugramKey Job Responsibilities :- Achieving the highest quality standards through monitoring of relevant metrics during the customers lifecycle leading to an extraordinary customer experience.- Relationship Management - Responsible for developing healthy and cordial relations with external & internal stakeholders- Escalations Management - Acting as the customers 2nd level escalation point for critical support issues. - Transactional Process - Reducing customer outstanding and ensuring achievement of collection targets. Planning & constantly monitoring to keep outstanding at lowest levels- Interdepartmental coordination - Coordination and Liasioning with internal stakeholders for smooth functioning of CRM department deliverables. - Possession/Delivery - Ensuring the accuracy of documentation exchanged with the clients and ensuring the data security of physical as well as digital data.- Customer profiling so as to provide valuable insights on customer behavior and purchasing patterns to maximize brand affinity and achieve business objectives. - Work closely with the key stakeholders (Brand team, Sales team, IT enablement and external agencies) to optimize potential business opportunities. - People Management - Providing leadership to team members. Leading by example and setting new benchmarks and achieving them. - Counselling & Mentoring - Ensuring a continuous formal & informal transmission of knowledge relevant to work or professional development to grow on strengths and improve on weaknesses and build better individuals.- Regular identification of Training needs and getting those organized for self and downline team to constantly up the service delivery experience from CRM department.- Proposing and implementing approved schemes to speed up collection and keep outstanding at the lowest.- Helping the company to achieve sale through the existing customer database and provide strategy for the same and implement the approved promotion plan- Communication with the clients of the company and templatizing for reducing human error- Responsible for sending constant updates and communication to clients. - Ensuring data security for self & reporting team.- Always abiding by company value system and culturePlease visit our website www.experion.co to know more about us.,
