To know more about us, visit us at : www.arthmate.com- End-to-End ownership of Product and Credit life-cycle.- Developing Product policy and processes and ensure Implementation in compliance to credit guidelines.- Creating new products and suitable amendments in the existing products.- Drive new product / feature development from start to finish - write specs, work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design & QA team to launch features, analyze results and iterate on feature/product.- Onboarding new partners and ensuring end to end closure by strengthening relationship across various Channels for Institutional Deals.- Assessing credit risk for Secured and Unsecured Loan and responsible for end-to-end analysis of Financial Documents and proposal appraisal of salaried and self-employed borrowers.- Assess income to obligation ratios, loan to value ratios, in-depth knowledge of rationale behind calculation of ratios and its impact on loan performance over long tenures.- Manage Portfolio Movement and present DPD-Analysis on monthly basis to Management/Leadership team.- Provide Market intelligence from a competition and customer standpoint and suggest Product and Credit policy revisions in line with changing market conditions.- Working closely with the Business Heads, Sales, Ops and Financing Partner to solicit ideas for new products and ensure a seamless disbursal and post-sales journey for customers.- Liaise with In-house Technical Team for development of LOS & LMS for the feature/product.- Gain a understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth and market share.- Maintain awareness of competitive products, potential competitive products, competitors, and competitor capabilities and help to organize this data into meaningful product roadmap.Desired Candidate Profile (Education Qualifications, Work Experience and Skills) :- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA (Finance) from Tier-1/2 institute with CA / CA-Inter (IPCC Pass) certification.- 5-10 years work-experience in Banking or NBFC in a Product and/or Credit Manager role.- Prior knowledge of Credit Underwriting and negative profiling will be an added advantage.- Strong business acumen and a passion for delivering outsized outcomes.- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills to define a long-term vision and ability to drive/execute results through process compliance by aligning stakeholders to drive up product adaption.- Should possess logical thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve problems.- Must be self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment and should be able to dissect and tackle ambiguous business challenges.- We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourage female/s to apply.,
