Description:1. Be involved with the activities of the identified products(s) as communicated from time to time as an anchor resource.2. Discuss and assist in the development of the Product and Support plan and offerings.3. Be the first point of contact for the Product and support for partners, associates, internal academic team, external workforce and clients.4. Discuss and assist in the development of SLAs (Service Level Agreement) for outsourcing activities.5. Identify, interact with, shortlist and keep updated the outsource partners and workforce as per Product and support requirements and SLAs.6. Coordinate with external outsourced partners (both academic and technology) to ensure deliveries as per SLA (Service Level Agreement).7. Provide Quality Assurance for the Product development and Support cycle.8. Be involved with coordination of exam product administration, marking, assessing and monitoring related activities, including being involved with development of process manuals and instruction booklets for the Product.9. Be involved with presentations, meetings and interactions related to product recognition and related development activities.,
