Job Description

    Strategy and PlanningIdentification of process improvement measures for efficiencies inthe overall vendor management process Identify opportunities for automation, transformation &&simplificationVendor ManagementLiaise with the vendors to ensure timely && correct disbursementObtain NDC from vendors First point of contact for vendor queries Ensure that the delivery of the POs happen on timeStakeholder Management and CommunicationsPrepare and communicate budgetary dashboards, dashboards for keyfulfilment KPIs and variance analysis Departmental communication for management forums like boardmeetings, weekly leadershipMEASURES OF SUCCESSAdherence to budget Be a constant force of change and innovationfor the organization, challenging status quo andbringing new ideas for testing and incubation Successful archival of knowledge anddissemination of it across business functions Positive feedback and appreciation frombusiness owners and decision makers.Key RelationshipsDigital and Technology COE Finance ProcurementKEY COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED6-8 years; Presently should be in vendorBachelors or Masters Ability to work with cross functional teams;strong networking and interpersonal skills Stakeholder and vendor management skills Detailoriented, organized, critical thinker withstrong work ethics Excellent communication skills and a thoughtful,persuasive personal style. Self-starter, comfortable in a project-orientedenvironment and comfortable in dealing withlarge cross functional projects. Ability to influence key stakeholders andoperational owners through well-articulatedstrategies backed up with metric driven valuestatements. Analytical skills and judgment to solve problemswith limited information at hand by learningand using Statistical tools and logics. Should be competent at analyzing bothquantitative and qualitative data.
