Obtain necessary information (i.e., loan applications, credit documents, income docs etc.) to process and complete loan modification files Verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness during end to end Loan Modification process Doc Setup, Doc Fulfilment, Retention, Doc Prep, Conversion and Liquidation etc Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA loan modification guidelines. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures Closely monitor the Loss Mitigation team s pipelines, workload and volume levels for maximum balance and efficiency Assist other team members with quality issues by providing training for improvement, which includes working as a partner to Retention, Liquidation and Conversion to determine if any training is needed Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Supporting Team Leader and other Team Members to deliver the optimum level of output Act as SME or floor support,
