Dear Candidate,Urgent hiring for the profile of Purchase Executive JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Undertaking the normal day to day work as the Purchasing task.2. Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and send to suppliers.3.Send RFQs to the suppliers.4.Review inventories and order as required.5. Manage in House Stock.5.Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.6.Review deliveries against the orders.7.Track the status of any orders.8.Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.9.Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.10.Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers11.Manage any procurement activities including RFPs (Request For Proposals.12.Undertake all filing as required.13.Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes if necessary.14.Generally help out with smaller purchases, reviews and inventory matters.15. Handling Import Related Issues15.Knowledge should be it product/ automation product16.Ensure adequate stock levels17.Track both the movement of raw materials and subcontracted goods sent to the subcontractor and the reconciliation of inventory18.Authorize and evaluate goods receipt, and ensure adherence
