    • Calling customers to follow up on leads or to answer questions about our services
    • Participating in meetings with management, clients, or other staff members to discuss sales goals or marketing strategies
    • Maintaining knowledge of competitors pricing and products
    • Organizing and maintaining records of client accounts, making daily payments, and processing refunds when necessary
    • Communicating with prospective clients to arrange appointments for sales presentations
    • Developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building with new clients
    • Selling products or services to prospective clients
