Job Description

*JOB SUMMARYProvides overall general administrative support to the Human Resources department in one or more of the following HR disciplines: HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, or Talent Acquisition. Provides support to employees, candidates, managers, vendors, and members of HR Team as required by the HR Function, with direction and supervision provided..JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDepending on the HR disciplines, some or all of the following functions could be assigned to the incumbent:HR Operations:

  1. Provides HR Systems Data Entry to support timely and accurate records within Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Leave Tracking and other HR Systems as requested
  2. Assists in maintaining HR operations procedures, documents and resources
  3. Reads, interprets, and processes HR Work requests accurately and within defined SLAs
  4. Creates, maintains and archives employee related records and files in accordance with SOPs
  5. Performs basic data reconciliation and corrective actions to ensure record accuracy among various HR systems.
  6. Follows written procedures and templates to provide consistent and repeatable transactional services or elevates as appropriate for complex matters.

  • College degree in business or HR preferred, or High school diploma plus 2 years experience providing human resources or administrative support
  • Familiarity with an HRIS system is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and independently with supervision
  • Ability to effectively communicate through verbal and written communications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Acts in an Ethical and Compliant manner and requires others to do the same
