Job Description

    Greeting of the day .Dear Candidateswe have an urgent requirement for HR ManagerJob Description HR ManagerLooking for a HR professional who can manage end to end HR operations activities along withpayroll administration. Experience of minimum 4-5 years in HR role. Strong knowhow of payrollprocess and associated compliances around it and strong communication skills.Responsibilities Design compensation and benefits packages Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations) Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance including but notrestricted to updating and maintaining payroll records for Onboarding / offboarding /Rewards etc. and payroll master data Strong adherence to payroll policies and procedures. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for allemployees Monitor the HR departments budget Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues Manage employees grievances Create and run referral bonus programs Review current HR Technology and recommend more effective software (including HRISand ATS) Measure employee retention and turnover rates Documentation of newly hired. Maintain Employee database. Attendance && Leave management Any other activities as may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.Requirements and skills BSc/MSc/BTech with MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field. Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role in ITCompany. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant TrackingSystems. Experience with full-cycle recruiting. Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employeeleaves, and insurance) Demonstrable leadership abilities Good Communication skillsWhat Makes You A Great Fit: Effective convincing skills. Excellent Communication skills in English and Hindi. Effective interpersonal skills to build a strong rapport with the employees. Responsible and motivated to give the best of his/her abilities. Ability to perform, adhere to time-lines.
