Job Description

    Talent Acquisition: Candidate must have minimum 5+ years experience working as HR Manager. Primary Job will include getting the right talent, effectively fill open positions according to thebudgets & within the desired hiring cycle. Secondary job will include overseeing the payrollrelated operations of the team. Candidate must be familiar with the job portals & social media platforms. Candidate must also be able to devise creative methods of sourcing employees either throughcampus hiring, employee referral etc. Candidate should have a strong referral & data network with top recruiters to ensure minimumturnaround closure time with optimum use of budgets. Candidate will be responsible for handling the entire hiring to firing related operations, hencecomplete knowledge of every stage is must. Leadership quality to handle the various departments like Sales, Finance, Operations etc. Ability to analyses HR budgets & reduce attrition.Payroll & HR Management: Drive HR related operations in the company. Candidate will have to oversee the Payroll related activities of the executive team. Must haveknowledge of basic payroll as well as statutory taxes like ESIC, EPFO, TDS etc. Candidate should be familiar with any reputed HRMS software for handling payroll automation. Candidate will work in close liaison with Sales & Finance Department.Team Management Drive a vibrant culture in the company by actively starting Employee engaging activities indifferent departments.Setting objectives for HR team & tracking progress. Act as internal communication agent between Management & Employees. Conduct annual appraisals & oversee employee performance Resolve employee related issues in timely & effective manner.
