Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain employee records and update databases with new hire information.
    • Preparing letters through mail merge.
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hirings.
    • Preparing medical insurance data (Addition & Deletion data monthly basis).
    • Attendance Collection from Various department Manager and prepare off roll payroll input.
    • Assisting in HR Audits, BGV.
    • Maintaining off roll MIS.
    • Sent Birthday Mailers to employee
    • Basic Knowledge of Compliance like PF ESIC LWF etc.
    • Miscellaneous activities like collecting bank account details of new Joinee, Form 2 , and Form 11.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree
    • 0-1 Years of experience in HR Operations
    • Good written communication (English)
    • Good working Knowledge of MS Excel / word
    Please note that this position will be on the payroll of Quess Corporation
