Job Description

    - This is one of the important and diverse roles in HR and is expected to help co-lead the people journey through Business HR function. - The role is especially suited for young leaders who have shown early signs /abilities to take charge and drive change from people excellence and culture perspective.- The incumbent is expected to build trust and partnership with business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and will be required to operate in multiple matrix relationships, while maintaining direct accountability on the people agenda.
