  • Will assist the HR manager with record maintenance and payroll processing tasks, and will provide daily support to all employees.
  • Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees within the Oracle HCM system.
  • Maintain the attendance and leave record
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
  • Assist with the orientation process.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Implementation of HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related University Degree.
  • Minimum two ( 2) years of experience as an HR assistant (essential).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Exposure to local labour law and employment equity regulations.
  • Knowledge or the Oracle HR system will be considered an asset.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Exposure to payroll practices.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Computer literate with capability in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions
