Understand customers needs, preferences, and goals to provide personalized assistance and recommendations. Handle incoming customer inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and live chats, in a timely and professional manner. Address customer complaints, concerns, and escalations, striving to resolve issues to the customers satisfaction. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to customers. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer database. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to better serve customers. Knowledge SAP and SAP based tools. Expertise in Microsoft office applications and tools like Power BI.QualificationsAny Graduate or equivalent; Candidates with MBA would be preferred.,
