Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for ICT Security, Risk and Compliance AnalystI. POSITION PURPOSE AND MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: ICT Security analyst, supporting design, operation and documentation to ensure compliance to RBI guidelines and other regulatory requirements in other regions related cyber security in Financial Services business. Compliance to organizational security policies in accordance with corporate global strategic directions, ensuring SOX compliance; Works closely with country, regional and global teams across ICT, business, finance; Responsible for the day to day operational effectiveness of the ICT security and compliance, by ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of the company data; Responsible for risk assessment, incident response, investigations and reporting. Ensures that adequate and effective security processes and controls are followed and aligned with corporate objective, by establishing appropriate assessments, managing and tracking risk mitigation and remediation activities, Point of contact for Internal and regulatory audits to ensure all system and processes are working effectively and there are no major audit findings Ensuring pre-audit for appropriate preparedness against the compliance policies to ensure there are no major audit findings. Continuous coordination and tracking of compliance and audit requirements and regular reporting to management Review and support reported security incidents and/or issues with internal system compliances. Taking appropriate corrective actions, by driving remediation efforts related to information security; remediation may be from incidents, penetration tests, vulnerability scans, internal/external audits and other assessments.FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Excellent knowledge of information security principles and practices, including: security risk assessment standards and risk assessment methodologies. Sound experience and knowledge of regulatory compliances particularly, RBI IT Framework for NBFC, SOX compliance, ICFR ITGC compliances and strong hold on audit methodology Strong experience in auditing, monitoring and investigating ICT security breaches; Demonstrated experience in the establishment, review and continuous improvement of ICT related security controls; Clear understanding of authentication, access control, encryption, data integrity, application controls, API integration and cloud security; Deep knowledge of infrastructure technology and related implementation methodologies: o WAN and LAN architecture and related technologies o Virtualization and Storage technologies o Cloud security o Mobility services and related technologiesBUSINESS EXPERTISE: Knowledge of NBFC Business processes Understanding of the all aspects of the site business to include all departments and how ICT departmental performance affects site performanceINTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Requires ability to influence upwards as well as other leadership at the country and regional level. Communicates with employees at all levels of the organization both within ICT and outside ICT. Ongoing communication with local, regional and central ICT staff. Requires oral and written communication of complex and detailed information. Requires team building and collaboration skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : Excellent English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
