Job Description

    * JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This role involves working as project manager in the operational back-office team of the solar services BU and its purpose is to administer and monitor critical execution projects (and its sub projects) such that cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization are controlled and achieved, through ensuring that all projects adhere to the timelines and the team is connected to meet the goal. In addition, the project manager shall also be responsible for managing customer claims including preparing communication strategy, risk provision creation and inter-team coordination between engineering, supply chain, service, quality teams Claims Management
    • Coordinate with different teams on claims management
    • Prepare strategy on SE response to customer claims
    • Risk provision creation
    • Coordination with other SE BU (Tx, MV, LV) to manage customer claims and warranty
    Project management
    • PMO to lead project execution of critical projects, as defined by management, for the organization
    • Collaborating with other departments to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
    • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
    • Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
    • Providing financial reports and project updates to management team.
    • Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the companys standards.
    • Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification.
    , * PMO Manager Requirements:
    • A Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
    • 5 Years of experience with project management with experience in Solar industry preferred.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to details and technicalities.
    • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
    • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent planning and time management skills.
