Job Description

    Title: Implementation Analyst Reports To: SENIOR SOLUTION MANAGER Job Overview: As a Implementation Analyst, youll implement the SaaS, cloud- based, Supply- Chain management software solutions and work with a talented team to bring to market the innovative approach to supply chain that is used by our clients like McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bells and Pizza hut. Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related to application use and configuration. Ensure that deployments are carried out correctly as per the plan. Effectively apply company project standards & methodology. Build and standardize reusable tools to improve effectiveness of deployment area. Work with large data sets to validate and derive business insights for customers. Work effectively with minimum supervision. Experience and Skills: Candidates must be ambitious, self- driven, and looking to work in a fast- paced environment. Bachelors degree in science and relevant software implementation experience. Demonstrated experience in working with large data sets using quantitative methods. Some exposure to working in a supply chain area. Experience in using tools such as Excel, VB, SQL to manage large business problems. Communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with the team. Methodical with attention to detail.,
